Tilaisuus aloitetaan kahvitarjoilulla Pirkanlinnan aulassa ja tilaisuuden päätteeksi on aikaa vapaalle keskustelulle, jolloin on mahdollisuus esittää omia kysymyksiä digiaiheista.

Sunnuntaina 11.5. hemmotellaan äitejä kuin kuningattaria – tarjoamme kattauksen, jossa yhdistyvät rakkaudella valmistetut herkut, lämmin tunnelma ja kiireetön yhdessäolo. Lounas on suunniteltu koko perheen makuun, mutta erityisesti äitiä juhlistaen. Lounas on tarjolla juhlavassa Atria Loungessa.

Suomen Käsityön Ystävät ry:n tekstiilisuunnittelija (AMK) Sonja Tanskanen tulee pitämään Ryijykorupajan Pirkanpohjan taidekeskukseen LA 3.5.2025 klo 13-17. Pajassa voi tutustua ryijyn tekniikkaan ja valmistaa pieni ryijykoru. \"Me kaikki keskellä taidetta\" -hankkeen tarjoama paja on ryijykorun tekijöille ilmainen sekä osallistumiseltaan ja materiaaleiltaan. Pajaan tullessa mukaan ei tarvita työvälineitä, pohjakangasta, lankaa eikä aiempaa osaamista. (Jos haluat käyttää tietyn väristä omaa lankaasi, voit ottaa sen mukaan.) Pajan yhteydessä pääsee tutustumaan kesänäyttelyyn esille tuleviin ihastuttaviin ryijyihin. Pajaan voi osallistua lyhyemmänkin ajan.

Klo 15-17 voi tulla tutustumaan pajaan osallistumatta tekemiseen.

\n

Hanke tarjoaa kahvit ryijykorun tekijöille.

Pajaan ei tarvitse ilmoittautua.

– Restaurointimestari Juha Kivimäki neuvoo punamultamaalin keittämisessä, maalaamisen pohjatöissä ja itse maalaamisessa. Maalaamme lauantain aikana kökällä eli talkoilla Pirilän vanhat vilja-aitat vuosilta 1799 ja 1828.

– Kökkäväelle tarjotaan aamu- ja iltapäiväkahvi ja lounaaksi Juha Rinta-Röyskön keittämä lohisoppa.

– Aarno Pirilä ja Terhi Pirilä-Porvali kertovat Pirilän talon historiasta ja rakennusten korjauksista.

Mahdollisuus vierailla 200-vuotiaan päärakennuksen vuosina 2015–2017 entisöidyssä tuvassa.

– Seinäjoen museoiden edustaja paikalla kertomassa vanhojen rakennusten kunnostamiseen saatavilla olevista avustuk- sista.

– Ilmajoki-Seuran puheenjohtaja Merja Riikonen ja seuran aktiivit kertovat ilmajokisten rakennusten kunnostamisesta kökällä.

– Aisaparin hanke-esittely, hankevetäjä Marko Ämmälä.

– Rakennuskulttuurin tuntijat Aino-Maija Niemelä, Tuija Ahola ja Risto Känsälä ovat paikalla kertomassa kuortanelai- sesta, Järviseudun ja kaustislaisesta kökkäperinteestä. Jorma Aro kertoo eteläpohjalaisesta kökkäperinteestä ja ehtii paikalle n. klo 15.

Heikki Mäki-Tuuri asuu ja työskentelee Ylistarossa. Hän on opiskellut Suomen Taideakatemian koulussa Ateneumissa 1968–72, on Taidemaalariliiton jäsen ja Valtion taiteilijaeläkkeellä vuodesta 2008.

Mäki-Tuuri tulkitsee usein paikallista elämää maaseudulla. Häntä puhuttelevat ajankohtaiset aiheet ja ilmiöt, tällä kertaa pääsiäinen. Usein viesti on yleisinhimillinen. Maalaukset ovat värikästä kuvakerrontaa, joille on tyypillistä liioittelu ja vastakohdat.

Esilläolevasta maalauksesta Mäki-Tuuri toteaa: “Nuorempana maalasin krusifiksejä reippaasti edestä päin kuvattuina, mutta nyttemmin olen siirtynyt taka-alalle ja maalaan niitä tarpeen vaatiessa sieltä käsin.”

Heikki Mäki-Tuuri lives and works in Ylistaro. He studied at the The Finnish Art Academy School in Ateneum from 1968 to 1972, is a member of the Finnish Painters' Union and has been on the State Artist's Pension since 2008.

\n

Mäki-Tuuri often interprets local life in the countryside. He is inspired by current topics and phenomena, this time Easter. The message is often universal. The paintings are colorful visual narratives, characterized by exaggeration and contrasts.
Mäki-Tuuri says of the painting on display: “When I was younger, I painted crucifixes briskly from the front, but now I have moved to the background and paint them from there when necessary.”

Haluatko oppia tunnistamaan Suomen yleisimpiä villiyrttejä ja hyödyntää niitä ravinnoksi ja hyvinvoinnin tueksi? 

Go-Rennon Hanna (hortaohjaaja, restonomi, AMO) ja Jenni (lähihoitaja, yrttihoitaja) vie sinut keskelle Törnävän piirin kaunista luontoa opastetulle villiyrttikävelylle, jossa opit käytännössä, mitä kaikkea luonto tarjoilee – ilmaiseksi ja ihan nenän edestä!

Kävelyllä opit: 5 villiyrttiä niiden käyttöä ja säilömistä, hortoilun perussäännöt ja keruuvinkkejä.
Tutuksi tulevat mm. vuohenputki, nokkonen ja poimulehti – joista saat monta vinkkiä miten arjessa voit niitä hyödyntää.
