TATTI -hanke on ergonomiahanke, joka keskittyy työkuormituksen mittaamiseen ja havainnointiin fyysisesti kuormittavilla aloilla.

Voi hyvin hoiva-ala! -seminaari on suunnattu erityisesti hoiva-alan ammattilaisille, mutta on avoin kaikille hoiva-alan hyvivoinnista kiinnostuneille.

Työterveyspsykologi Maria Mäkelä kertoo esityksessään millaista tunnekuormitusta hoiva-alan työntekijät kohtaavat ja miten tunnekuormituksen kanssa tulee toimeen.

Paikan päällä esitellään ulkoisia tukirankoja ja niiden hyötyjä erityisesti hoiva-alan työskentelyssä.

Meditas Oy:n Minna Laine esittelee ulkoisia tukirankoja ja myös erityisesti ikääntyneiden aktivointiin kehitettyjä MotoTiles -liikuntalaattoja.

Suoja sisältää merkityksen turvallisesta olotilasta, suojattuna olemisesta.

\n

Toisaalta suoja saattaa olla myös ihmisten välissä estämämässä yhteyttä näiden välillä.

\n

Teoksemme ovat syntyneet jaetuista keskusteluista ja tarpeesta ymmärtää ja hyväksyä ihmisen ajatuksia ja kokemuksia.

\n

Näyttelyssä keskiössä olevat materiaalit, peitteet ja vuodevaatteet, ovat arkisia ja tiiviisti kontaktissa ihmisen kanssa.

\n

Ne pitävät sisällään turvan ja lämmön mutta myös yksityisimmät ja yksinäisimmät hetket.

\n

\n

Laakkosen ja Tuohimaan yhteiset installaatiot lähestyvät aihetta turvattomuuden, pelkojen ja unettoman levottomien ajatusten kautta. Suoja on metafora herkkyydelle ja haavoittuvuudelle. Laakkosen mediaveistoksessa herkkyyden teema jatkuu avoimempana ja paljaampana kuin installaatioissa.

\n

Elisa Tuohimaan maalauksissa ja installaatioissa on rypistyneitä kankaita, heijastuksia luonnonelementeistä ja ihmisestä.

\n

Lakanat toimivat joko suojana, esteenä tai välittäjänä. Kangas on pinta, johon jää merkkejä ihmisen läsnäolosta ja kokemuksista.

\n

Se on intiimi mutta silti meistä erillinen.

SM Pohjanmaa Ralli ajetaan 19-20.5.2023. Kilpailun keskuspaikkana toimii Seinäjoki, jonka torilta rallin startti ja maaliintulo tapahtuvat. Torille on yleisöllä vapaa pääsy. Kilpailun reitti koostuu alueen parhaista ralliteistä. Joukossa on myös lauantaina 20.5. ajettava erikoiskoe Seinäjoen keskustassa Urheilutalon ympäristössä, joten ralli todella tulee lähelle yleisöä. Rallin huoltoparkki ja kilpailukeskus sijaitsevat Rengastien Autotarvike Oy:n ympäristössä, jonna yleisöllä myös vapaa pääsy.

SM Pohjanmaa Ralli on rallin SM-sarjan osakilpailu, joten mukana on Suomen kansallisen tason kärkikuljettajat unohtamatta kuitenkaan pienempien luokkien kuljettajia. Kalustoa on mukana monenlaista ja kaupunkierikoiskokeella, huoltoparkissa ja torilla on mahdollisuus päästä kokemaan ralli erittäin läheltä.

Pirkanmaan Pinna ry järjestää kapellimestarikurssin päätöskonsertin yhdessä Kurikan Soittokunnan ja Vaasa brassin kanssa. Designsunnuntai kesäpuoti

Suuren suosion saanut Piirin joulupuoti saa rinnalleen Designsunnuntai kesäpuodin, joka järjestetään nyt ensimmäisen kerran Seinäjoella. Kesäpuoti avaa ovensa Piirin joulupuodistakin tuttuun Seuralaan toukokuussa 4.päivä. Kesäpuoti kokoaa yhteen tuotteita kotimaisilta yrityksiltä niin itselle kuin lahjaksikin ostettavaksi. Anne Niemi on Seinäjoelta lähtöisin oleva, nyttemmin Maalahteen kotiutunut kuvataiteilija. Niemi valmistui Kankaanpään Taidekoulusta taidemaalariksi. Tie vei vielä Taideteolliseen Korkeakouluun kuvaamataidon opettajakoulutukseen. Taidekasvattajana hän on toiminut yli 30 vuotta, 2017 jäi pois opetustehtävistä ja keskittyy omaan taiteen tekemiseen. Niemen työtila sijaitsee Maalahdessa entisessä Babtistikirkossa.

\n

Lähinnä Niemen sydäntä on maalaustaide eri tekniikoin ja materiaalein, myös koho- ja syväpainografiikka. Vuosien varrella Niemi on pyrkinyt laajentamaan ja syventämään osaamistaan kuvataiteen eri osa-alueilla. Uutena aluevaltauksena hän on perehtynyt digitaaliseen kuvantekemiseen.

Niemi on kuulunut Seinäjoen Taiteilijaseuraan vuodesta 1983, jonka puheenjohtajana hän toimi 2017-19 ja on aktiivinen jäsen johtokunnassa edelleen. Lisää teoksia löytyy sosiaalisesta mediasta taiteilijanimellä anny niittyvirta.

Näyttely avaa kokemuksia asumisesta, kohtaamisista ja taiteen tekemisestä Espanjassa, Frigilianassa.
