Järjestämme yhteistyössä Pohjanmaan Liikunta ja Urheilu ry kanssa kehonkoostumusmittauspäivän ke 26.4. klo 12-18 Uimahalli-Urheilutalon kokoustilassa.

InBody-mittauksen avulla selvität kehosi ja kehityksesi tilaa sekä näet mihin pitäisi panostaa ja mikä treeni tuottaa tulosta.

Mittauksessa selvitetään mm.

\n\n

InBody-mittaukset perustuvat bioimpedanssimenetelmään, jossa johdetaan kevyt sähkövirta kehosi läpi. Mittaus kestää alle minuutin ja tulokset tulevat raporttilomakkeelle, joka käydään asiantuntijan kanssa yhdessä läpi.

Testipäivänä mittaukset alennettuun hintaan 15€ (normaali hinta 25 €). Maksu käteisellä.
