Lauri Talvitien vanhoja valokuvia nähtävillä jälleen tänä kesänä Lehtimäen kotiseututalolla. Tule ja tunnista kuvissa esiintyviä henkilöitä. Esillä myös Lehtimäki-seuran leikekirjoja. Otamme vastaan vanhoja valokuvia jotka sijoittuvat Lehtimäelle tai esittävät lehtimäkeäisiä henkilöitä. Muutamia kotiseutuaiheisia kirjoja vielä myynnissä.

Perinteistä kotiseutujuhlaa vietetään jälleen Lehtimäellä, kotuseututalolla.

Juhlapäivä alkaa klo 13.00 jumalanpalveluksella, jonka jälkeen kahvit ja kotiseutujuhla alkaa n. klo 14.30.

Puhujavieraana Alajärven kaupunginhallituksen puheenjohtaja Sari Palmu ja musiikista vastaa Lehtimäen mieskuoro. Juhlan päätteeksi vierailemme Suokonmäen näkötornilla, Heikki Mäkipään johdolla.

Suomen taitavimmat taitolennokkien lennättäjät ja hienoimmat mallilennokit kokoontuvat yhteiseen SM-osakilpailuun Kurjennevan lennokkikentälle elokuun alussa.

Kilpailut ovat kaksipäiväiset, eli kilpailulentoja on sekä lauantaina että sunnuntaina ja kaikki mukana olevat lennokit ovat maanäyttelyssä koko viikonlopun ajan.

Hämes-Havunen Soi tapahtuma on perinteinen Kauhajoen kulttuurin tukema KESÄKONSERTTI. Esiintyjäkaarti koostuu kauhajokisista laulajista. Evijärven markkinat päästään jälleen järjestämään parin vuoden tauon jälkeen!

Markkinat päättävät vivahteikkaan Evijärvi-viikon, johon luvassa niin liikunnallista kuin kulttuuripainotteistakin ohjelmaa. Kesäasukkaiden ilta pidetään heti heinäkuun alkajaisiksi ja Evijärven Urheilijat ry:n 100-vuotisjuhla on 3.7.

\n

\n

Markkinoille on luvassa viihdyttävää ohjelmaa ja torimyyjiä odotetaan läheltä ja kaukaa. 

\n

\n

Kesätaiteilijana työskentelevä Elina Lahdenperä piirtää markkinakävijöistä nopeita muotokuvia koko markkinapäivän ajan. Mallina tarvitsee istua vain 5-10min ja piirrettävä voi valita piirretäänkö hänet perinteisemmin vai sarjakuvatyylillä. Piirroksen saa omakseen ja se on ilmainen. Tervetuloa tutustumaan ja juttelemaan!

Paikallisilta tuottajilta ja valmistajilta toivotaan lähiruokaa ja kädentaitoja.
