\nHyvän johtamisen foorumi on Seinäjoella järjestettävä vuosittainen tapahtuma, joka kutsuu jälleen johtajat, esihenkilöt ja kaikki johtamisesta kiinnostuneet kuulemaan päivänpolttavaa asiaa hyvästä johtamisesta sekä verkostoitumaan yhteisen asian äärellä. Mitä haastavampia aikoja eletään, sitä isompaan rooliin nousee hyvän johtamisen merkitys organisaatioiden tavoitteiden saavuttamisessa. Yksin esihenkilöt eivät kuitenkaan kaikkeen kykene. Tarvitsemme myös hyviä työyhteisötaitoja.
\nTule mukaan nyt Early Bird -hinnalla, joka on voimassa 4.9. saakka. Tämän jälkeen hinta nousee normaalitasolle 159 eur.

- Mielipiteistä argumentteihin – miten johtaja rakentaa eri näkemyksistä yhteistä ymmärrystä?
Eirola pureutuu tutkimustiedon ja argumentointitaitojen kautta siihen, miten keskusteluja voidaan syventää mielipiteistä perusteltuihin argumentteihin, miten piileviä keskustelun esteitä voidaan poistaa ja miten muutosjohtamista voidaan vahvistaa yhteisen ymmärryksen rakentamisella.

- Esihenkilötyössä onnistuminen – mission impossible?
Pienimäki tarkastelee puheenvuorossaan johtamista ennen kaikkea työnä: käytännön tekemisenä, jossa esihenkilö tasapainottelee useiden roolien, ristiriitaisten odotusten ja arjen päätöksenteon keskellä. Kuulijat saavat näkökulmia siihen, miten esihenkilön osaaminen rakentuu koulutuksen ja kokemuksen kautta, ja miten johtajaidentiteetti kehittyy osana arjen esihenkilötyötä.

- Sukupolvet samassa työyhteisössä – ymmärryksestä johtamisen vahvuus
Rajahalme avaa, miksi eri sukupolvet ajattelevat työstä ja johtamisesta eri tavoin, ja miten kasvatuksen, koulutusjärjestelmän, teknologian ja muuttuvan työelämän vaikutukset näkyvät tämän päivän työyhteisöissä. Erityisen huomion saavat nuorimmat sukupolvet, jotka haastavat totuttuja tapoja johtaa, viestiä ja rakentaa työyhteisöjä.

Vintillä on esillä ryhmänäyttely Flashback. Halli on suljettu näyttelynvaihdon vuoksi.
Klo 12–12.10 Taidekropsu: pikaopastus Flashback-näyttelyyn
Taidehallin ilmaispäivänä järjestetään pikaopastus Flashback-näyttelyyn lounasaikaan klo 12-12:10. Taidekropsut ovat kaikille avoimia ja maksuttomia.
Klo 16–21.30 Makuelämyksiä ja tarjouksia Äärellä Bistrossa
• Viinipullo 29 € (Fratelli Cozza Pinot Grigio DOC tai Fratelli Cozza Primitivo IGT, Italia)
• Bistron lohileipä + valitsemasi juoma 25 € (norm. 28,80–32,30 €)

Klo 17–19 Taiteilijatapaaminen ja työnäytös: Kirsi Julku
Tervetuloa tapaamaan ja seuraamaan taiteilija Kirsi Julkun työskentelyä Kammioon klo 17–19. Esillä on myös Julkun teoksia, joista taiteilija kertoo mielellään enemmän.
Kirsi Julku (s. 1993) maalaa elävän ja elottoman, sekä runsaan ja riisutun rajapintoja. Öljyvärimaalauksissaan luurangoista on muodostunut hänelle visuaalinen kieli, jonka kautta Julku lähestyy aiheita ihmisyydestä sekä elämästä. Julku on valmistunut kuvataiteilijaksi Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulusta ja opiskelee tällä hetkellä Taideyliopiston kuvataideakatemiassa.
\nKlo 17.30–18.30 Taiteilijatapaaminen: Riikka Gröndahl ja Aeon Lux
Flashback-ryhmänäyttelyssä mukana olevat taiteilijat Riikka Gröndahl, ja Aeon Lux saapuvat taiteilijatapaamiseen Seinäjoen taidehallin näyttelytila Vintille. Tapaamisella taidehallin opas esittelee näyttelyä, ja taiteilijat kertovat tarkemmin teoksistaan sekä työskentelystään. Vapaa pääsy, tervetuloa!
Klo 18–21 NOSTE ACOUSTIC 2026: Nousevan musiikin klubi
Noste – nousevan musiikin klubi rantautuu Kalevan Navetan Hugo-saliin ja musiikista päästään nauttimaan tällä kertaa akustisesti. Illan aikana esiintyvät Peltokurki, Eereka, Vaelimaa ja Noomi. Noste-klubi on maksuton ja ikärajaton tapahtuma, jonne kaikki ovat tervetulleita!
Noste on Rytmi-instituutin vuonna 2023 kehittämä tapahtumakonsepti, jonka tavoitteena on nostaa esiin uutta suomalaista musiikkia. Tervetuloa löytöretkelle nousevan musiikin pariin!

\nKeskiviikkona 15.7. Teatteri Tie esittää Sakari Topeliuksen klassikkosadun ”Adalminan Helmi”. Vanhat satuaarteet ovat upea osa kotimaista kertomusperinnettämme ja niiden sisältämät opetukset ansaitsevat tulla punnittaviksi jokaiselle sukupolvelle jokaisena aikana.
\nOlipa kerran kuningas ja kuningatar, joilla oli pieni tyttö, Adalmina, jonka kastajaisiin oli kutsuttu kaksi haltijatarta. Punainen haltijatar antoi Adalminalle suuren helmen, jota seurasi vielä kolme lahjaa. Tietäkää, sanoi haltijatar, että niin kauan kuin Adalmina säilyttää helmen itsellänsä, on hän päivä päivältä tuleva yhä kauniimmaksi, rikkaammaksi ja älykkäämmäksi.
\nSininen haltijatar sanoi: ”Jos hän kadottaa helmensä, kauneutensa, rikkautensa ja älykkyytensä, hän saa korvaukseksi minulta neljännen, mutta kaikkein arvokkaimman lahjan, ja se on nöyrä sydän.” Ja samassa nyökäyttivät molemmat haltijattaret jäähyväiseksi ja katosivat kuin kaksi poutapilveä sinisellä kesätaivaalla.

\nTheater Tie presents Sakari Topelius’s classic fairy tale “Adalmina’s Pearl.” Old fairy tales are a wonderful part of our national storytelling tradition, and the lessons they contain deserve to be pondered by every generation in every era.
\nOnce upon a time, there was a king and queen who had a little girl, Adalmina, to whose christening two fairies had been invited. The Red Fairy gave Adalmina a large pearl, followed by three more gifts. “Know this,” said the fairy, “as long as Adalmina keeps the pearl with her, she will grow more beautiful, richer, and wiser day by day.”
\nThe Blue Fairy said, “If she loses her pearl, her beauty, her wealth, and her intelligence, she will receive from me a fourth, but most precious gift in return, and that is a humble heart.” And with that, both fairies nodded in farewell and vanished like two cumulus clouds in the blue summer sky.
