Taiteilijat ovat vaasalaisia, edellinen yhteisnäyttely oli vuonna 2023 Vaasan Taiteilijaseuran Black Wall Galleriassa.</p>\n<p>”Kohtaamisia” kertoo elämän suurista käännekohdista ja pienistä sattumuksista.</p>\n<p>Meille tapahtuu pieniä asioita, jotka saattavat kuulostaa melko yhdentekeviltä, mutta jotka saattavat vaikuttaa elämään merkittävästi. Ulkoa ja sisältä tulevien vaatimusten, odotusten ja paineiden keskellä on hyvä pysähtyä paitsi tutkimaan omia syvimpiä tunteitaan myös tarkastelemaan asiaa laajemmin.</p>\n<p>Ihminen odottaa usein tulevia onnen hetkiä tai kaipaa menneitä. Ilot ja surut tulevat aina yllättäen. Elämän virrassa ei aina ole paikkoja, johon ankkuroida, ja joskus koskipaikat voivat olla todella hurjia ja vaarallisia.</p>\n<p>Elämän suuret käännekohdat näkee ja ymmärtää jälkeenpäin. Elokuvissa ne esitetään useasti dramaattisina, isoina käänteinä. Oikeassa elämässä sinfoniaorkesteri harvoin soittelee sellaisina hetkinä taustalla. "fi": "<p>Jaana Pöllänen & Lasse Heikkilän tango-orkesteri</p>\n<p>Tämä konsertti on hengellisten tangosävelmien levyn julkaisukonsertti Seinäjoen tangomarkkinoilla, Lakeuden ristissä. Jaana Pöllänen (tangoprinsessa vuodelta 2000) on saanut elää laulajan elämää jo 30 vuotta – on siis aihetta juhlaan! Pöllänen on tunnettu karismaattisena, tummasointisena, eläytyvänä taitelijana, joka kohtaa kuulijansa sydämen korkeudelta. Viimeisen vuosikymmenen ajan Pöllänen on toiminut hengellisen musiikin esittäjänä, miehensä Ville Uusitalon kanssa, kiertäen ympäri Suomea. Sydänlanka-juhlakiertueella kuullaan Jaana Pölläsen tulkitsemana Lasse Heikkilän hengellisiä tangosävelmiä, joita sanoittavat säveltäjän lisäksi mm. Anneli Kärki, Jarmo Jokinen ja Minna Kontiolahti. Pöllästä säestää Lasse Heikkilän tango-orkesteri, jossa mukana mm. Kultaisen harmonikan 2021 voittanut <strong>Sonja Kola</strong>. Heidän energinen esityksensä siltää mm. pop ja rock henkisiä listahitti covereja.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>ÄMMÄT! on rohkeiden laulajien yhtye, joka ei mahdu liukuhihnamuotteihin. "fi": "<p><strong>Tori-ilta 25.6. - Berry Rockers, Opus Magnum @Kurikan tori</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Berry Rockers on esiintynyt tällä kokoonpanolla keväästä 2023. He soittavat tunnettuja kappaleita rockabilly -tyylisesti sekä myös vanhempaa perinteistä 50-luvun rockia. Viisihenkinen kokoonpano koostuu valtaosin jurvalaisista, mutta mukaan on mahtunut yksi ilmajokinenkin.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Opus magnum -yhtye koostuu viidestä 30-40 -vuotiaasta harrastelija- / puoliammattilaismuusikosta.</p>\n<p>Suurin osa jäsenistä on vaikuttanut aiemmin omilla tahoillaan muissa bändeissä. Yhtyeen kemiat kohtasivat vajaa vuosi sitten, joten he ovat vielä melko tuore ja tuntematon tapaus. Laulaja sekä basisti asuvat Kurikassa, kitaristi sekä kosketinsoittaja asuvat Seinäjoella. Rumpalin koti sijaitsee Alavudella. Ohjelmistomme koostuu 1960-2010 lukujen englanninkielisistä rock- / proge-klassikoista, jotka ansaitsevat tulla kuulluiksi. Mukana on tunnetumpia sekä myös hieman vähemmän tunnettuja kappaleita.</p>\n",

"fi": "<p><strong>Jyllinkosken Sähkölaitosmuseo</strong></p>\n<p>Jyllinkosken 1913 käyttöönotettu vesivoimalaitos, joka tuotti sähköä Kurikkaan, Ilmajoelle, Kauhajoelle, Jalasjärvelle ja Seinäjoelle.</p>\n<p>Ensimmäinen sähkölaitosmuseo Suomessa entisissä Jyllinkosken voimalaitostiloissa Kurikassa. Vesivoimalaitos otettiin käyttöön vuonna 1913 ja oli toiminnassa Pitkämön voimalaitoksen valmistumiseen saakka vuoteen 1970.</p>\n<p>Museoitu 1987. Museossa saa hyvän käsityksen, miten voimalaitos on tuottanut sähköä.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Informaatiotekniikan museo</strong></p>\n<p>Kokoelma kattaa radion historian kidekoneista digitaaliseen radioon ja televisioon unohtamatta sotilas-, puhelin- ja tietokonetekniikkaa.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Informaatiotekniikan Museoyhdistys on perustettu vuonna 2002 keräämään, säilyttämään ja esille tuomaan IT-laitteita ensimmäisistä puhelimista ja radioista alkaen.</p>\n<p>Museossa on runsaasti radiotekniikkaa aina vuosisadan alusta saakka, videolaitteita, kameroita, konttorikoneita, armeijan käyttämää kalustoa sekä muuta informaatiotekniikkaan liittyvää esineistöä. </p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n",

"fi": "<p><strong>Kulttuuri-ilta 7.6. - Romina Bianco & Tango del norte, Henriikka Warmbold trio @Jalasjärven tori</strong></p>\n<p>Argentiinalainen tähtilaulaja Romina Bianco tulee Suomeen kesällä 2024 viiden vuoden tauon jälkeen konsertoimaan maineikkaan Tango del norte-yhtyeen kanssa.</p>\n<p>Suomalaiskokoonpano Tango del norte on kansainvälisissä kilpailuissa palkittu timanttinen tangoyhtye, jonka taival alkoi vuonna 2011 Astor Piazzollan musiikin parissa. Vuosikymmenen ajan yhtyeen soittajat ovat hakeneet tango-oppia Argentiinan parhailta muusikoilta. Tämän tuloksena on hioutunut sointi, joka saa aikaan yleisössä ihailua ja kehuja keikasta toiseen.</p>\n<p>Henriikka Warmbold trio esittää upeita ranskalaisia, suomalaisia ja amerikkalaisia lauluja, jotka ei jätä ketään kylmäksi. Annoksen kruunaa herkullinen kuorrutus kreikkalaista bouzouki-musiikkia ja klezmeriä – sekä ripaus suomalaisuutta.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Fatboy tarkoittaa vanhassa muusikkoslangissa kontrabassoa ja sillä nimellä päätti tämä ruotsalaisen rock’n’roll-viidakon aluskasvillisuudessa marinoitunut kuusikko alkaa kutsua vuonna 1996 perustamaansa bändiä. Ajan oloon Fatboysta on tullut paitsi ruotsalaisten, myös suomalaisten suursuosikki.</p>\n<p>Fatboy ei ole tarkoituksellisesti retro tai vintage tai tyylillisesti tai soundillisesti tietyssä loukussa. Kuusi kaverusta vain toteuttaa intohimoaan musiikkiin. Jo uransa alussa bändi kiinnitettiin Pistolteaternin tuotantoon Kolmen pennin ooppera, joka on Bertolt Brechtin laulunäytelmä. Lavalla se esitti Puukko-Mackien rikollisjengiä, ja tulkitsi Kurt Weillin haastavaa musiikkia tavalla, joka sai lehdistön banaaneiksi. Tukholman näytäntökauden jälkeen ooppera kiersi Ruotsin teattereissa kokonaisen vuoden ajan 1998-1999.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Myöhemmin urallaan Fatboy on esiintynyt – ja sen musiikkia on käytetty – paljon elokuvissa. Bändillä on myös voimakas Suomi-yhteys, mm. melankolisten kappaleidensa kautta.
