"fi": "<p><strong>Tule mukaan vähentämään yksinäisyyttä!</strong><br><strong>Haluatko tehdä hyvää ja mahdollistaa turvallista ulkoilua iäkkäille?</strong><br><br>Kurssilla saat käytännön tietoa Punaisen Ristin vapaaehtoistoiminnasta, ystävätoiminnasta ja turvallisesta ulkoilusta. Tutustumme liikkumisen apuvälineisiin ja ulkoilutamme asukkaita yhdessä kurssin lopuksi Kivipuron Kuusikodilla.<br>Kurssin jälkeen voit halutessasi ryhtyä ystäväksi esimerkiksi vanhukselle, nuorelle tai maahanmuuttajalle. Voit toimia itseksesi tai tulla mukaan ulkoiluystävien ryhmään. "en": "<p><strong>Join Us in Reducing Loneliness!</strong><br><strong>Would you like to make a difference and help elderly people enjoy safe outdoor activities?</strong><br><strong><br></strong>In this training, you’ll receive practical information about the Finnish Red Cross Friend Activities and how to support safe outdoor experiences. We’ll also explore mobility aids, and if possible, we’ll go for a walk with residents at the end of the course.<br><br>After the training, you can choose to become a volunteer friend – for example, to an elderly person, a young person, or someone with an immigrant background. You can volunteer individually or join a group of Outdoor Friends.
