"fi": "<p>”Näyttelyni kertoo viimeaikaisesta kiinnostuksestani, joka on kohdistunut maisemiin ja sai alkunsa taiteilijaresidenssivierailuillani Bulgariassa ja Suomessa. Minulla on ollut kolme kertaa ainutlaatuinen mahdollisuus työskennellä kuukauden ajan Villa Nelimarkassa – vuosina 2016, 2023 ja 2025. Jokainen vierailu osui eri vuodenaikaan, mikä antoi minulle aina uudenlaisen näkökulman samaan maisemaan. Kotona jatkoin työskentelyä luonnosten ja muistiinpanojen pohjalta.</p>\n<p>Valitsin otsikon ruokkiakseni mielikuvitustani ja antaakseni tilaa henkilökohtaisille tulkinnoille. Otsikko viittaa myös siihen, etten pyri toistamaan realistista maisemaa, vaan pikemminkin tutkimaan katsojien omia tunne- ja kulttuurikokemuksia.</p>\n<p>Minulle teosten painopiste on pienissä yksityiskohdissa, sivulinjoissa, löydetyissä esineissä, jäljissä ja rakenteissa. Ne kertovat usein mielenkiintoisia tarinoita ja antavat meille erilaisen näkökulman maisemaan. Näin tehdessäni luon yhteyden näkyvän ja näkymättömän, arjen tapahtumien ja poikkeuksellisen välille.</p>\n<p>Esillä on teoksia vuodesta 2016 eteenpäin. Näin katsojat voivat havainnoida taiteellista kehitystäni ja sitä, miten näkemykseni suomalaisesta maisemasta on vuosien varrella muuttunut.</p>\n<p>Esittelen yksinomaan paperille tehtyjä teoksia, jotka sisältävät piirustusta, grafiikkaa tai molempien yhdistelmää. Valitsemalla erityisesti jommankumman näistä tekniikoista tai molempien yhdistelmän voin ilmaista tunteita ja tunnelmiani. Käytän piirtämiseen mielelläni värillisiä liituja.”</p>\n",

"en": "<p>\"The works I chose for the exhibition in Villa Väinöla show my recent interest in landscape, which was sparked through my artist residencies in Bulgaria and Finland. Three times, I had the wonderful opportunity to come to Villa Nelimarkka and stay there for one month to work; in 2016, 2023 and 2025. Each time was in a different season, so I received varied impressions of the same landscape. I continued working on this when I returned and used therefore my sketches and notes.</p>\n<p>I chose the title to stimulate the fantasy and to allow space for personal interpretations. It should also imply that my intention is not to reproduce a realistic landscape but rather to explore own emotional and cultural experiences of the spectators.</p>\n<p>The focus for me lies at the small details at the sidelines, found objects, traces and structures. They often tell interesting stories and provide us with a different perspective on the landscape. While doing this, I create a connection between the visible and the invisible, the everyday occurrences and the extraordinary.</p>\n<p>The selection of the works showcases a variety of pieces from 2016 onward. This allows spectators to learn more about my artistic development and how my view of the Finnish landscape has changed over the years.</p>\n<p>I exhibit exclusively works on paper, which includes drawing, print-making or a combination of both. I enjoy using colored chalks for drawing so color is often visible. By choosing particularly one of these techniques or a combination of both I can express my feelings and emotions.\"</p>\n"
