"fi": "<p>Monet yhtiöt Etelä-Pohjanmaalla tarvitsevat lisää työntekijöitä, mutta eivät ole vielä ottaneet ensiaskelta ulkomaalaistaustaisen työntekijän palkkaamiseen.</p>\n<p>E-P Harjoittelun Rekrytointimessujen tavoitteena on yhdistää opiskelijat yrityksiin keskittymällä harjoittelupaikkoihin. Se edistää myös tandem-harjoittelun konseptia, jotta E-P:n kansainvälisten opiskelijoiden on helpompi löytää harjoittelupaikkoja. Meillä on kokemusta siitä, että onnistunut työharjoittelu voi helpottaa yrityksiä palkkaamaan ensimmäisen kansainvälisen työntekijän.</p>\n<p><h5>Kansainvälisten työntekijöiden hyödyt yritykselle</h5></p>\n<ul>\n<li>He tuovat uutta, kansainvälistä näkökulmaa yrityksellesi.</li>\n<li>He tuovat mukanaan taitoja, työkokemusta ja kielitaitoa, joista voi olla hyötyä yrityksellesi ulkomailla asioidessa.</li>\n<li>Se antaa teille mahdollisuuden kokeilla ulkomaalaista työntekijää sitoutumatta pitkäaikaiseen sopimukseen.</li>\n<li>Saatat löytää ihanteellisen työntekijän, jonka voisitte työllistää valmistumisen jälkeen.</li>\n<li>He voivat auttaa teitä löytämään lisää työntekijöitä heidän verkostostaan.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><h4><strong>Miksi E-P Harjoittelun Rekrytointimessuja tarvitaan?</strong></h4></p>\n<p>Kansainvälisten työntekijöiden työllistämisestä järjestetään monia tiedonjakotapahtumia ja paikallisia rekrytointitapahtumia. Mikään näistä ei koske suoraan harjoittelupaikkoja.</p>\n<p>E-P:n oppilaitokset tuottavat joka vuosi valmistuneita monille aloille. Jos he eivät löydä työtä E-P:ltä, he voivat muuttaa toiselle alueelle. Kansainvälisten opiskelijoiden on erityisen vaikea löytää harjoittelupaikkoja, joita he tarvitsevat valmistuakseen. Myös työ suomalaisessa yrityksessä voi auttaa heitä oppimaan Suomesta ja sen yrityskulttuurista, mikä auttaa heitä integroitumaan nopeammin suomalaiseen yhteiskuntaan.</p>\n<p><h4><strong>Työharjoittelu on joustavampaa kuin luulet</strong></h4></p>\n<p>Nykyään on monia tapoja tarjota käytännön harjoittelupaikkoja:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tandem-harjoittelu</strong> – Kaksi työskentelee yhdessä (Yksi suomalainen ja yksi kansainvälinen)</li>\n<li><strong>Kokoaikainen harjoittelu</strong> – yleensä 5 kuukautta tai 20 viikkoa</li>\n<li><strong>Osa-aikainen harjoittelu</strong> – yleensä 2.5 kuukautta tai 10 viikkoa</li>\n<li><strong>Projektiluontoinen harjoittelu</strong> – voi olla lyhyempi projektin mukaan lukien</li>\n<li><strong>Etäharjoittelu</strong> – ohjaatte opiskelijaa säännöllisillä ohjauskokouksilla, mutta he tekevät työnsä pääsääntöisesti etänä.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Jos olette huolissanne opiskelijoiden suomen kielen taidosta, kokeile <strong>tandem-harjoittelua</strong>. "en": "<p>Many companies in Etelä-Pohjanmaa need more workers but have not yet made the step of employing their first worker with a foreign background.</p>\n<p>The E-P Practical Training Recruitment Fair aims to connect students with companies by focusing only on training places. It will also promote the concept of the Tandem Internship, to make it easier for international students in E-P to find training places. We have experience that a successful training placement can make it easier for companies to employ an international worker for the first time.</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits of international workers for your company</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>They bring a new, international perspective to your company.</li>\n<li>They bring skills, work experience and language skills that could be useful to your company when doing business overseas.</li>\n<li>It gives you an opportunity to trial a foreign worker without committing to a long-term contract.</li>\n<li>You might find an ideal worker that you could employ after they graduate.</li>\n<li>They could help you find more employees from their network.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Do WE NEED THE E-P Practical Training Recruitment Fair?</strong></p>\n<p>There are many info-sharing events about employing international workers and there are local recruitment events. None of these directly address the situation of internships and practical training places.</p>\n<p>Schools in E-P are producing graduates in many industries every year. If they cannot find work in E-P, they may move to another area to find a job. International students find it particularly difficult to find the training places they need to graduate. Also, a job in a Finnish company can help them learn about Finland and its workplace culture, which will help them integrate into Finnish society more quickly.</p>\n<p><strong>Practical Training is more flexible than you think</strong></p>\n<p>Nowadays, there are many ways to offer practical training places:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tandem Internship</strong> – Two trainees working together (one Finn and one non-Finn)</li>\n<li><strong>Full-time internship</strong> – typically 5 months or 20 weeks</li>\n<li><strong>Part-time internship</strong> – typically 2.5 months or 10 weeks</li>\n<li><strong>Project-based internship</strong> – this could be shorter based on the needs of the project</li>\n<li><strong>Remote internship</strong> – you manage the student with regular steering meetings but they do their work at home or at school</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you are concerned about the students’ Finnish language skills, try a <strong>Tandem Internship.</strong> When a Finn and a non-Finn work together, they can both demonstrate their abilities, learn new skills at work and the Finn can translate and help the non-Finn to improve their Finnish.</p>\n<p><h4><strong>Why should you attend E-P Practical Training Recruitment Fair?</strong></h4> <h5>Companies</h5></p>\n<ul>\n<li>We aim to have a large number of international students all in one place.</li>\n<li>You can meet them at your stand and pre-interview them.</li>\n<li>You can decide who to meet again, after the show, for a longer interview to make your final selection</li>\n</ul>\n<p><h5>Students</h5></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gain experience of speaking with local employers and grow your network of contacts.</li>\n<li>We aim to have a large number of companies, who have committed to offering training places, all in one place.</li>\n<li>You can meet them at their stand and make a positive impression. Hopefully, after the show they will agree to a longer interview for their trainee positions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><h4><strong>What is your commitment for this event?</strong></h4></p>\n<p>It is <strong><em>FREE</em></strong> for companies to exhibit or for students to attend E-P Practical Training Recruitment Fair. In return, we ask that you make a few commitments to ensure the event is a success.</p>\n<p><h5>Companies</h5></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least one internship/practical training place should be offered at the fair, although we hope you will have more than one!</li>\n<li>We want to <strong>advertise</strong> the number of intern places on offer to generate interest in the event.
