Ohjaus keskittyy aikuisten lihas- ja peruskunnon vahvistamiseen ja ylläpitoon sekä liikkuvuuteen. Jokainen osallistuja treenaa omalle kunnolle sopivalla intensiteetillä.<br><br>Mukaan voi ottaa kotona olevat lapset, mutta heille ei järjestetä ohjausta ja erillistä valvontaa. Huomioithan tämän erityisesti ulkokerroillamme! Ulos voit myös ottaa pienimmille lapsille kaukaloa/rattaita/vilttiä, joissa viettää aikaa.<br><br>Säävaraus Kiuaskallion liikuntahallilla.
